Short version: you buy a custom 3D site build with hosting included, you keep rights to your content, we keep our tools, and the plans, delivery and refund rules below apply.
By using this site or buying a plan you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. "You" means the person or business placing the order.
Decks Play™ is a custom design-and-build service: we convert your existing website into an immersive 3D deck-style experience and host it on Edunexion with SSL and CDN delivery. Plans are Basic ($75), Pro ($175) and Expert ($299), each a one-time fee in USD, with the number of sites and features listed on the pricing section. Optional maintenance and troubleshooting is $15 per month.
Payment is made through PayPal. Work begins after payment is received and you have sent your site URL and any needed materials. Prices may change for future orders but never for an order already paid. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you.
Pro orders receive priority and a target of seven days or less after we have your complete materials. Other plans are delivered on a reasonable schedule we confirm by email. Delays caused by late or missing materials extend these timelines.
Because each build is custom digital work, fees are non-refundable once work has started. If we cannot deliver what you purchased, we will refund the unused portion. Maintenance can be cancelled at any time and takes effect at the end of the paid month. [Confirm or edit your refund policy]
You may not use the service for unlawful, hateful, deceptive, malicious or infringing content, to distribute malware, or to attack or overload the platform. We may suspend or remove a site that breaks these rules.
WebGL 3D experiences need a modern browser and capable device, and performance varies. Client testimonials and figures shown on this site are individual experiences, not guarantees of results such as conversions or bounce rate. We work to keep hosting online around the clock but do not promise uninterrupted service.
The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or lost-profit damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected plan. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be waived by law.
You may stop using the service at any time; we may end access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the laws of [your state or country], and disputes will be handled in its courts. We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Contact: hello@edunexion.com.
